1. What options do I have while making payment?

To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD. Incase your pin code is not serviceable COD wont be applicable. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery. If the product or packaging has been tampered with, do not accept the order. No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method

Yes, of course! All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection
4.How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area?
Fancy fluff is geared up to get our exciting products in the hands of customers pretty much wherever they are. If, in the small chance you are located outside of these areas or live in area where cash on delivery may not be possible, a message will appear when you enter your pincode alerting you of the same.
5.Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?
No, currently we don't.
6.Do you accept payment through cheque/demand draft?
No, currently we don't.
7.Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, we ship for free across india.
8. What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
9. By when will I receive the ordered products?
Once the product is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery times vary based on location. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. You will receive emails once your order has been dispatched. You can check the estimated time based on you location in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
10. How do I check the status of my order?
We will provide you with a link to the website in your confirmation email. Through this link you will be able to track your parcel.
11. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully, after checking out the payment process. Then you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.
12. What happens if an item ordered is out of stock/you are unable to fulfill my order?

If you’re interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will update you the minute we update the stock of those items.
Unable to fulfill order
If we are unable to fulfill an order after you have placed it, our team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For pre-paid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds do not apply, as the payment is not yet made.
13.Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we do. Please send us a message immediately after placing your through our contact form with your order ID and any special message you’d like and we’ll have it done.
